In 2024, all the events of the forum are united by the theme "Geospatial ecosystem – the basis of digital transformation of society", which involve face-to-face participation with the possible connection of speakers and participants in the video conferencing format.
The organizers of the forum are the Siberian State University of Geosystems and Technologies, the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, the Mayor's Office of Novosibirsk, Roskadastr and Novosibirsk Expocentre Fairgrounds.
The purpose of the Forum
The forum is intended to give impetus to the development of an international scientific and practical platform for constructive professional discussion of a wide range of theoretical problems and best practices in the functional areas of geospatial activity.
Generalization of advanced domestic and foreign experience in the functional areas of geospatial activity, motivation of joint research work; creation of opportunities for the development of cooperation and collaborations on interests and research areas.
Participants of the scientific congress and exhibition
Annually, more than 3,500 heads of organizations and institutions, leading specialists of enterprises, scientists, teachers and students from Russia, near and far abroad participate in the work of Interexpo GEO-Siberia, which indicates a high interest in the format and topic of the forum, which is designed to give impetus to the development of an interdisciplinary scientific and practical platform for constructive professional discussion a wide range of problems and best practices in functional areas and areas of geospatial activity.
Based on the results of the congress, collections of scientific papers will be published, with article-by-article placement in the Russian Science Citation Index and assignment of DOI.
